Account data

Registration stores your name, email and account information in this WordPress installation. WordPress manages password hashes and login cookies. Password-setup and reset links are sent by email.

Profile data

Mentee goals and preferred language are stored as user metadata and are visible to you and site administrators. Submitted mentor names, biographies, experience, expertise, languages and professional links are stored in WordPress. Approved mentor profiles are public.

Email and security

Account emails use the site’s configured mail service. Mentor approval emails are sent to applicants. Short-lived hashed IP rate-limit records are used to reduce abuse of sign-in and registration forms.

Requests

Mentor Core integrates with WordPress’s administrator-managed personal data export and erasure tools for its custom profile data. WordPress and other installed plugins may hold additional information.

Information to complete

The operator must identify the legal business and privacy contact, hosting and email providers, retention periods, relevant data rights, cross-border processing and any additional analytics or cookies. No payment provider is connected in this version.
